Initial consult is $99 cash pay. All insurances accepted for surgical procedures.

1. Pay and schedule your virtual consultation by clicking on the button below.

2. Await confirmation email which contains Zoom link and contact information for our partnered imaging center, HoustonMRI, which has many locations throughout the Houston metroplex.

3. Contact imaging center to schedule your XR/MRI at the most convenient location, or to have them upload your prior imaging from a CD. Ensure imaging is available by the time your appointment is scheduled for.

4. During your consultation, you will be told whether the treatment for your spine pathology is non-surgical, potentially surgical, or surgical in nature.

5. For most neck/back pain patients, conservative management is the best treatment option, and referrals to physical therapy and pain management will be offered.

6. For most pediatric scoliosis patients, routine monitoring by their pediatrician is the best treatment option.

6. For select patients who may benefit from surgery, VIP referrals to local spine surgeons will be offered.
